Mastermind Series: Practicing Exactly How You Want AND Running A World Class Business (with Dr. George Nicolopoulos of Spine and Sport Center of Chicago)
We received so much positive feedback from our first Mastermind series interview that we decided to do it again. This time it’s with Dr. George Nicolopoulos out of Chicago.
I met George through a mutual friend who said George already has a successful practice but was looking for more help on the business side of things. And for many of you students or associates, this episode is perfect for you because it answers the most common question I get: Should I start my own office or purchase an existing office?
George purchased an office in downtown Chicago and during this episode we speak to both the positives and negatives of doing this. More importantly, George talks about the changes he’s made since enrolling in our Chiro Business 101 program.
Since George already had a team, the biggest change for him was implementing core values and instilling a culture in the business. In addition, he talks about how since taking the course, he’s been able to take another day off during the week essentially buying his time back.
Most importantly, George talks about how much happier and fulfilled he is now that he has the tool and knowledge from Chiro Biz 101. We talk about all these things and so much more.

Mastermind Series: Practicing Exactly How You Want AND Running A World Class Business (with Dr. Jeremy Dinkin of RSM Sports Medicine and Rehab)
This is the first episode in our Mastermind series with one of the top Rehab Chiropractors in New Jersey, Dr. Jeremy Dinkin.
I first met Jeremy 3 years ago after he reached out to intern in my practice during his last semester of chiropractic school. I’ll never forget one of our first conversations when I asked him what he wanted to learn during the internship. He looked at me and said, “I want to learn how to run a successful business.” I looked him dead in the eye and said, “Tell me what you are currently studying on your own.” His answer was a list of clinical books, which as a student, he should have been studying.
Jeremy got the point. If he wanted to learn business, he had to study business. As we talk about in this episode, that’s a lesson he has carried all these years later.
After struggling to find success with 2 other business coaches, Jeremy became one of my first students in Chiro Business 101 and then qualified for our Rehab Chiro Mastermind Program.
In his first year in the program, Jeremy increased his revenue 56% while buying a house and having his first child.
Not only that, but Jeremy is just 3 years out of school and has built his business that allows his wife to stay home and quit her job.
Specifically, we discuss the importance of charging the right price equal to the service you want to provide, how Jeremy learned the hard way the difference between delegation and abdication, and some of his biggest wins in his practice.
