As an entrepreneur, the last thing you need to do is worry about saving money. Rather, obsess over making more money.

An employee gets a paycheck and then needs to budget the money appropriately in order to allocate funds. But when an entrepreneur wants to grow the business, the mindset should be, "How can I make MORE money to pay for this?"

This shift in mindset is the main difference between the employee mindset and the entrepreneur mindset.
