Why Rehab Chiropractors Can’t Scale Their Business

In this episode, I talk about developing an organizational chart. This chart allows us to simplify every role and responsibility in the business from sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Most chiropractors get stuck solo because they simply don’t respect the org chart. In other words, they never build out the departments of the company other than operations (chiros and admins). Even worse, most chiropractors typically get busy and the first hire they make is another chiropractor. This simply will not work and this can all be traced back to not filling out an org chart.

The 4 departments of any business:

Marketing

Sales 

Operations

Finance

This is agnostic and every business in the world needs this.
