How You Can Solve a Patient’s Problem and Still Retain Them as a Client
The art of business is being able to find a problem people are facing, and then solve it.
It’s that simple, but it isn’t that easy. Because being able to find both the problem and solution is very difficult of course.
Along with the fact that once you solve a customer’s problem, they no longer need you.
That’s why in this episode I talk about:
- How you can solve a patient's problem and still retain them as a client without lying
When in pain there are a lot of potential issues patients face, but just don’t know about simply because they don’t hurt yet.
You finding those other problems is raising their awareness of what’s going on in their body. Helping them prevent further pain.
So, I don’t only believe this is a great business model, but it's the most ethical. Because if it was my pain or my child’s pain I’d want to be made aware of all the problems we’re facing.
Below you will find the link to my colleague and dear friend Kevin Vandi’s podcast, “The Business of Biomechanics”. Being the CEO of a seven-figure Physical Therapy Practice, Kevin gives great advice to professionals in our field. In this episode, he interviews a veteran member of my Mastermind group Nick Studholm. Click here, because I think you’ll find a lot of value in this conversation.
